The Company was incorporated as Omkrown Pharma Chem Pvt Ltd, a professionally managed concern in 1997. The main objective of promoting this company is to manufacture fine chemicals for the pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industry. The company has setup a multipurpose, multiproduct specialty chemical plant which has been certified as ISO 9002 plant and qualified EHS norms.

In India, Omkrown Pharma Chem Pvt Ltd is accepted as a quality manufacturer and a dependable supplier by CIBA Specialty Chemicals Switzerland & GE Plastics USA. The manufacturing facility is located at Belgaum equidistant from Mumbai, Mangalore, Bangalore & Hyderabad. The plant has multi product production facilities designed as per GMP standards with wide scope for immediate expansion. A full fledge Quality control Laboratory and Process Control Lab is also available for undertaking contract manufacturing

OMKROWN has been awarded the National Award 2002 for Best Entrepreneurship in SSI Sector from Honorable Prime Minister of India Dr Manmohan Singh.
